At the Chelsea Farmers' Market, your eggs probably came from my cousins at Back Forty Farms. They also have a variety of meats available most of the time as well.

On your way from Detroit to Ann Arbor on a Saturday morning, don't forget to stop in downtown Plymouth for the open air market at The Gathering next to Kellogg Park. More than a farmer's market, my kids enjoy the scones and the outdoor oriented crafts (home made flower boxes, birdhouses, etc) in addition to the flowers and the veggies on sale.
