It’s the second day of the Pure Michigan Bayview Mackinac Race, and Pure Michigan’s own George Zimmermann is back with another update. The racers had a good night – with the exception a brief squall that came through, the weather was fairly calm.
This race comes with a lot of history – it started in 1925 with only 12 boats. This year, there are over 200 racing their way north on Lake Huron to Mackinac Island.
