Hi there, I am planning a day trip to Pictured Rocks and was wondering if you have a specific favorite put in and trail that you would recommend. Any advice on trip would be great. I am really looking forward to visiting such a spectacular park.

What a great state we live and work in! I have not been to Pictured Rocks in years, but your descriptive prose that included all the senses brought me immediately back again. Thanks for a great brief vacation down memory lane.

Thanks JT for reminding me. We hiked, camped and kayaked Pictured Rocks for two weeks last September – great trip. Spectacular views from the hiking trails.
